LOG Pharma Primary Packaging continues to pave the way as a leader in the pharmaceutical primary packaging market with its cutting-edge developments in barrier packaging, receiving second-place honors at the Kinneret Innovation Center’s Hybrid Innovation Hackathon.

The Hybrid Innovation Hackathon promotes innovative and creative problem solving for industries in a short period of time as great minds collaborate and share ideas. This year, entrepreneurs, industrialists, academics, researchers, and public sector specialists gathered around one table to provide sustainable solutions for greener technologies.

This year, more than 100 entrepreneurs, industrialists, academics, researchers, and public sector specialists gathered around one table to provide sustainable solutions for greener technologies.

The Hackathon featured several companies from Northern Israel, including LOG’s special barrier focus-group, whose teams needed to identify and solve challenges within their industry using novel technologies. The companies participated in the hackathon as a tool towards encouraging industrial innovations, discoveries and sharing cutting-edge solutions to challenges faced within their industries.

LOG’s special Focus-Group included a team of experts in barrier packaging that met this challenge by reducing bottle-weight and at the same time maintaining exceptional barrier parameters. Their award-winning innovations and unique methods included exploring new high barrier polymers and advanced production technologies for barrier pharma packaging.
