Inclusion in Action
One of the most powerful examples of our social commitment comes from our collaboration with the Israel Prisoner Rehabilitation Authority. Through this partnership, LOG was asked to integrate a young man who was released from jail into the workforce. He started working on our production line and took his responsibilities seriously. However, he shared with us that the repetitive nature of the job made it hard for him to stay motivated.
We offered him the role of an assistant in another department. There, he became close n with the department manager and began to take on more responsibility. Within eight months, the manager became ill, and this young man stepped up to lead the department, which he continues to do today.
The company has built a special career development plan for him, and today, he is taking a professional course, fully funded by LOG, to expand his skills and grow his future.
