The LOG Pharma Primary Packaging team recently returned from Pharmapack Europe 2025, held in Paris on January 22–23, 2025. We extend our gratitude to all who visited our booth and engaged in discussions about our new and existing packaging solutions.
At the event, we introduced our new barrier eco line, an advanced packaging solution designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable, cost-effective options in the pharmaceutical industry.
This development leverages LOG’s expertise to reduce bottle weight by up to 30 percent without compromising essential barrier properties, such as Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR). At the core of this innovation are Health+ resins from Dow, a leading global material science company. These specialized resins enable LOG to maintain superior gas barrier performance while reducing the environmental footprint of its products.
Pharmapack is Europe’s leading packaging and drug delivery event attracting over 5,700 visitors and more than 360 companies from all over the world. The event provided Log with a great opportunity to present its barrier packaging solutions and to interact with key industry players.
During the event, Ora Gilboa, our Vice President of Research & Development held a special presentation. Her talk, titled “Barrier Bottles & Sustainability: Can We Have Them Both?” explored the complexities of creating sustainable primary packaging that meets the rigorous standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
Key topics included the technical challenges of developing eco-friendly barrier bottles, LOG Pharma’s innovative approach to reducing environmental impact while delivering reliable performance, and a detailed case study on the new Barrier Eco Line bottle.
Visitors to our booth showed great interest in our products and we are enthusiastic about the connections made during Pharmapack Europe 2025 and hope to transform these interactions into impactful partnerships.
